Deliveries take place on working days from Monday to Friday and entrusted to our shipping partners whose choice is at our discretion, with an estimated timing 48/72h.


Receive an e-mail of shipment as soon as your order is entrusted to the courier and then you will get the link to be able to monitor the delivery of the package. No responsibility can be imputed a Silkow in case of delay in delivery due to deficiencies or defaults on the part of the courier.Silkow reserves the right to charge you for any storage and transport costs relating to the return of the goods to the sender in case of wrong address, absent recipient, refusal of the package. To avoid unpleasant delays or problems with delivery it is essential to provide a shipping address where a person is always present at the time of collection of the package. We do not deliver by appointment.
