Refund policy

RETURNS
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason and to return the ordered products within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The report can be made by e-mail to info@silkow.com.
The products must be returned intact, without signs of use and inserted in their original packaging. Once Silkow has accepted the return, you have 7 days to carry out the traceable shipment at your expense to the following address: Martina Pignaffo, via Crosariole 6, 35010 Trebaseleghe (PD). The returned merchandise travels under your responsibility and you will need to ensure that the merchandise arrives in perfect condition. Within 10 working days of receipt of the returned products, Silkow will refund the amount corresponding to the returned products using the same payment method as the buyer.

CONTROVERSIE
The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 on distance contracts and by the legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on some aspects concerning electronic commerce. In the event of disputes between Silkow and each end user, the competent court is that of Padua.
